Use https://seceonhelp.freshdesk.com/support/login to access updated Knowledge Base Articles, Submit Technical Support Tickets and Review Status of submitted support tickets.

Device Configuration: Snipe IT

To add the Snipe IT support, Follow the steps that are mentioned below.

  • Enter the name of the device.

  • Enter the CCE IP.

  • Now enter the Bearer Access Token in the password/Secret Key section.

  • Now in Config add the device API host (without https://) →

    • {"host": "<api-host>"}

  • Click on the Save button.

 

Verification

Go to the System tab and check that we are seeing Snipe IT.
