Overview:

This document will help you step by step in VM creation and Seceon server setup with Rocky Linux using Seceon repository.

Hardware Sizing

Steps to create VM / Server with Rocky Linux and environment setup using Seceon Repository:

Download ISO from Seceon Repository:

VM Creation: using downloaded ISO - Rocky-8.5-x86_64-minimal.iso 

















Seceon Server Setup:

  1. Once VM is created - login as root

  2. Case 1: Do not have internet connection then click on this link https://seceon.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SPP/pages/2820866049/Rocky+Linux+-+APE+and+CCE+installation+using+Dropbox#Seceon-Server-Setup-using-Dropbox:

  3. Case 2: Internet connection is available on server then run below command:

#curl https://si.seceon.com:8444/repos/env/seceon-env-setup.txt --output ./seceon-env-setup.sh -k && bash ./seceon-env-setup.sh


  1. Above command will reboot the VM.

  1. Login as user/password - seceon/seceon using Putty.

  2. Now download APE or CCE package and install using below documents
